OHD Win11 package + Dropbox pull tools

Field process (same on office Z: and St. Thomas)

  1) rclone copy Dropbox SGVI/DyzineFrame/Win11 → C:\DyzineFrame\package\OHD\Win11
  2) robocopy package → C:\DyzineFrame (keeps config.ini, content, log, run, runtime)

USB is secondary only (offline / rclone missing / pull failed):
  <drive>:\To Deploy\OHD\Win11\
  or: update.bat -Offline -Package "E:\To Deploy\OHD\Win11"

Same rclone token as Pis

Yes — copy [dyzine-dropbox] from a Pi ~/.config/rclone/rclone.conf into
C:\DyzineFrame\sync\rclone.conf (see sync\README.txt). One-time USB/office
provision of conf + rclone.exe is the normal seed; day-to-day updates use rclone.

One-time OHD provision
----------------------
  1. Place update.bat / update_win11.ps1 / sync\ on the PC (first package USB
     push, or office mapped drive once).
  2. powershell -File C:\DyzineFrame\sync\setup_rclone_win11.ps1
  3. Install token into sync\rclone.conf + set RCLONE_CONFIG in rclone.env
  4. Dry run:  ...\sync\pull_ohd_from_dropbox.ps1 -DryRun
  5. update.bat → restart run_win11.bat locally
  6. Admin once: powershell -File C:\DyzineFrame\install_win11_http_date_sync.ps1
     (HTTPS Date clock fallback every 12h when NTP UDP/123 is blocked)

Preserves: config.ini, content\, log\, run\, runtime\
Never restarts the app for you — restart on the OHD desktop.
