POG422 fixture — thumb drive bootstrap (each Pi)

Copy FROM PC (Dropbox workspace — BOTH required for v7 software):
  EtherGold/4-Board Test Fixture/sync/            → entire folder
  EtherGold/4-Board Test Fixture/fixture-timing/  → entire folder (includes jun11-good v7, pog-edge/)

Copy TO Pi:
  /home/topbox/EtherGold/4-Board Test Fixture/sync/
  /home/topbox/EtherGold/4-Board Test Fixture/fixture-timing/

Field layout (orchestrate deploy): also copies pog-edge/ → ~/EtherGold/bridge/pog-edge/

sync/ alone updates rclone only — it does NOT update bridge code.

On the Pi (as topbox, not root):

  cd ~/EtherGold/4-Board\ Test\ Fixture/sync
  bash pi_normalize.sh
  bash install.sh
  bash migrate_dropbox_paths.sh
  bash verify_fixture_software.sh    ← must pass before next test

Clear stale capture before new run:

  bash clear_pi_capture.sh

Verify:

  grep DROPBOX_ rclone.env
  DRY_RUN=1 bash sync_to_dropbox.sh
  hostname -s

After successful verify, session_start in events.jsonl must show:
  parser_build=jun11-good-gpio7-wire-len-parser-v7-status-0d-first-only
  status_0d_first_only=true   (when using run_bridge_jun11_good.sh)

Optional — XR driver (pos 1–4):

  cd ../fixture-timing/xr-usb-serial-pog422
  sed -i 's/\r$//' install_pi.sh
  chmod +x install_pi.sh
  ./install_pi.sh

Remove old paths if present:

  rm -rf ~/EtherGold/sync
  rm -rf ~/EtherGold/4-Board\ Test\ Fixture/sessions
